We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just off the main street near the Grand Bazaar and close to everything we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were always willing to bring us whatever we asked for. The hotel is also very close to the tram stop, making transportation around the city easy.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, as it was conveniently located in a side-street next to the University. The area was very animated with shops and easy access to public transportation. The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making me feel taken care of throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea from the terrace. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including room service, car hire, and a sauna. it was a fantastic experience.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was centrally located, clean, and easily accessible. The manager was helpful and knowledgeable in arranging tours. The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and we received a free upgrade. The breakfast was very good.
